Go hog wild, folks. I don't necessarily believe everything I'm writing
here will turn out true, BUT these are all concepts that I can see
Nintendo including.

I'm imagining a small, compact system that will be easily portable,
possibly with a built-in screen (with the option to use a larger tv),
that functions as a game machine and PDA. It will have built-in
wireless abilities and can easily network with other Revolutions. LAN
setups will require no special equipment, the machines just have to be
near enough. You will even be able to LAN with your next-door
neighbors. And, of course, there will be an online system for internet
gaming.

I think the controller will have a special sensitive rectangular area
like laptops have in lieu of mice. I can only imagine what uses
developers will find for it, OR the gyroscopic abilities (which aren't
new to gaming but have never been done very well in any controller I've
used).

If it has a built-in screen like I said, it may be one of those 3D
sandwich LCD screens that Sharp or somebody is making.

Another possibility for the controller is a dynamic button setup,
whereby a touch-sensitive LCD screen shows a different button layout
depending on the game, or possibly something entirely different whereby
the surface can actually raise or depress where the dynamic buttons are
located, so that the controller feels different each time.

And, of course, VR goggles. 🙂

Its nintendo dude, I'll be happy if they include DVD support and backwards
compatibility 😱)

Seriously tho, you have some cool ideas, I can't see how any of em are cost
feasible and still have the system properly compete against the others in
terms of graphics / power / ease of development. Could make for some cool
add-ons though, unfortunately history has shown that add-ons dont really
sell too well.

Yer a constant changing touch sreen highly unlikely and prolly impossible to
make.

Yer the Nintendo Disk Drive did so well they decided not to let any one but
