Hi!

I've got a MSI B350M PRO-VDH motherboard and its specs for memory compatibility are 1866/ 2133/ 2400/ 2667(OC)/ 2933(OC)/ 3200(OC)+ Mhz.

I have 2x8gb 3200mhz RAM and want to clock it to 2800mhz. Does it support 2800mhz even if it doesn't specifically state it (only 2667, 2933, etc.)? BIOS allows it, however, I wonder if it will run without any problems?

Thanks!

For whatever reason this board will not run memory at 2800mhz. Some 2800mhz memory is listed in the Memory Support List but the supported speed for this memory is only 2667mhz. Your 2x8gb 3200mhz RAM will run, just not at 2800mhz.
