Need help with my offset. I have my 6600k completely stable @ 4.5ghz 1.36v.

if I add an offset of +0.001 it'll be fine on benchmarks, but on idle use and a non demanding game (world of warcraft) my pc will completely lock up. Screen freezes and the sound breaks. Not even a blue screen.

I have to hold the power button and restart (can take from 2 minutes up to 4 hours to crash)

Any idea why this is happening and how to rectify? LLC is on, completely stable @ a fixed voltage.

Shall I decrease core voltage and increase the offset until I find it not crashing?

Been trying for days, and it's pissing me off because I want it to downclock when not in use.

Thanks a lot!

EDIT- it just crashed with a fixed voltage. help plz. nothing to do with offset.
