Internet seems to drop for a few minutes and then return, it also has been running very slow. Lose connection in games randomly or lag very hard for a decent amount of time (sometimes longer then others). Upload & download speeds fluctuate a lot when the issue comes on. I have 120 MBps down and 10 up. I've seen my numbers as low as 6.9 download and 0.24 upload. Have also noticed very high jitter during speed test at times. 266 was the highest i've seen I believe. This issue has been going on for about a week where i lose connection all throughout the day randomly. I just did a speed test now and numbers are pretty good, 109 download and 8.4 upload.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Note* I also noticed that channel 3 and 4 on the upstream side has no readings in my modem like they are not being used or something.

It sounds like you have a cable modem. There are tables you can search that tell the recommended signal levels. It depends on the type of service you get from your ISP so it is not easy to copy here.

The key numbers to watch are the error counts. You always get some now and then. Generally you will not see the numbers actually change unless you are lucky. Uncorretable errors are much worse.

You should also be able to look at the log and see if you are getting lots of messages. Again you see some almost every day but you should not see a lot.

Issues in the modem indicate a problem with your connection to the ISP. Most times it is cable outside your house but you can check out all the splitters and connections inside to be...

Most times it is cable outside your house but you can check out all the splitters and connections inside to be sure they are tight. Remove any unused cables and remove splitters and replace them with barrel connectors if you are not going to use them.

Now since you posted this to wireless you need to test on ethernet. It is not uncommon for wifi to have massive issue because of interference from neighbors.
