[SOLVED] Oily liquid from thermal pads, is it safe?

I saw my mosfet and my vram both have some oily liquid on them, so i thought it's from the thermal pads. but is it safe?

It's safe. Der8auer mentioned the oil leeching off the pads in one of his overclocking videos. So long as the oily substance isn't discharged from a capacitor(from a PSU mounted above the CPU/GPU, old case layouts) then you're fine.
