Ok i have inserted the dvd

Hello,
im having trouble with my cd dvd not laying my dvd's. it wont recognise that there is a dvd in there and keeps opening the door saying plaese insert cd/dvd

You have tried a few DVDs? Different types? Applications, movies, burned, originals?

If all don't work, get a new DVD player.
