ok so i have an hp pavilon a6603w realtek sound manager issue

I recently installed windows 7 32bit ok so the sound works however I cant seem to download the actual realtek sound manger I mean the program that puts the little brown icon that goes to your taskbar ... im a little confused and more than a little irritated ive tried like 4 different downloads and everyone just gives me the driver and not the manager I don't know what the hell the problem is but its very irritating I use that sound manager to set up my speaker output for surround sound as well as using the quadrophonic setting for speaker fill with stereo mode music as I use this computer as my home theater system ... any help with how I can fix this would be greatly appreciated

Are you downloading the windows 7 32 bit version of the driver ? Directly from HP website ?

I tried that first and it was just the driver then from the realtek site then some other places I don't recall

Does anyone else have any other suggestions? Its Windows 7 64 bit not 32 bit.
