Ok so I just received my new pre build PC in the mail I can’t get signal with it. If I hook it up to the mother board it runs off of the processor gpu. Also had my uncle take a look at it he couldn’t get a signal with it he put his gpu in it and it worked. Is there anything I should try it’s a 3070 to GeForce RTX AORUS

Tried putting in your GPU again after swapping yours for your uncle's GPU? If it doesn't work after putting yours back in, call whoever you bought it from for support.

750w 80 plus gold psu

2 critical things missing...

Make/model of the PSU.
What 'prebuilt' is this?


Put it back together as original.
Don't start swapping parts. A prebuilt thing should, in theory, just work.
If it does not, thats a manufacturer issue.

The more you mess with it, the more likely they are to blame you for it not working.
