ok , so i tried to play lord of the rings online on steam and it asked to change something in my intel graphics settings but i cant remember what it told me to do to disable it . now all of my other games have very low frames .
does anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?

Uninstall graphic driver, then reinstall graphic driver. Or Try to find that game fix and then you might remember what settings that was changed.

While doing the uninstall it or while reinstalling it will ask you in a check-box whether you want to do a clean install. Make sure you click the box in as top do a clean install.
