You don't need a driver for a monitor or TV to work on a PC. The driver from the monitor manufacture (if available) simply tells Windows what it's capabilities are, but any monitor or TV will work just as well without it.
Now, if you are referring to the drivers for your PC's graphics chip, that's a different matter.
You get the that driver from your PC or motherboard manufacturer's website, as appropriate.
However, if your existing graphics card is a low-end model with not much RAM, you may not be able to achieve the resolution you need for a large-screen TV, in which case everything will look way too large on the screen.
Updating the graphics driver isn't going to help if that is that your problem.
