why speedfan or bios temp reports higher temps than TAT or coretemp if these 2 last softwares takes their temp from the hottest part of the cpu ? atm under burn (dual orthos) tat or core temp says 50 c0 47 c1 but speedfan says 53 degre celsius for cpu...which one i need to trust ? im really lost

These small differences of 2 or 3 degrees are quite normal. You should see some posts where people are getting 20 or 30 degrees diff! Thats when you have a problem!
