Okay here is a a parts list i came up with. i need opinion and help if you think there is a better part let me know.

So my budget is around 1500-1650 if you can tell me if these parts are good that would help a lot. if you can find cheaper better parts then thats great too. i wanna stick to intel. im gonna use it for gaming and photoshop work. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/35V2H

P.s. will be building by end of month or next month oh and tell me if the monitor is good or if you know better. but keep it cheap as i want to upgrade to a 29" monitor when i get the chance.

ok, first of all: unless you will be overclocking, you dont need liquid cooling, 2nd, you dont need a $200 motherboard, you can get one just aas good for $120. 3rd, i would get a 780, not a 770. you will have nough room for it if you take my advice. 4th, that case is way overpriced, $120 is way too much for a case. you can get a case that is perfectly fine for $50-$70. 5th, that psu is WAY overkill. you wont use more than 450watts probly. ill re-design a $1500 pc for you, and see what you guys think.

Unless you're dead set on water cooling (better options as well), a Hyper 212 EVO will cool just fine for ~$30.

I would avoid the Corsair RM series, they still have a few things wrong with them, and need to be worked out. And you'll only need 600W for a single card, you can push SLI with a 750W.

If you stay with Corsair PSUs, I recommend anything from the AX/HX/TX series.

My buddy will be overclocking it a little for me. and i like the case i know i coulda gotten cheaper but i like it im going for a white case and red inside them thats why i picked that motherboard as well. if you can do good performance and cheaper that would be great and if you could actually add some fans too that would be awesome.

with the monitor and the motherboard could connect my ps4 to it as well? and is the kingston ssd better than the samsung evo?
