old blood cranking only 2 cores. c2q q9300

wolfenstein the old blood is using 2 cores at 80% and the other two at 40.. and the game is stuttering.. gpu usage appears to be at 89%.... FPS shown are 33 avg but the game stutters and occasionally freezes for 1 2 seconds..
core 2 quad @ 3.15ghz

The core usage will be by design, you cannot alter that.

when Dying light was using single core... CPU control and Process affinity in the task manager seemed to do the trick... isn't there something for this game too?
