Old build vs new build suggestions (for graphic design)

I'm moving to another country soon and I'll have to buy a new computer there and leave the one I have here (transport would be too expensive). So... I would really appreciate it if you could help me with the new build.

I've had this one for almost a year now. I use it for graphic design, and it does a reat job - if I wasn't moving, I wouldn't even think of replacing it.
I was planning on upgrading some tiny things - the RAM from 8 to 16, also maybe a faster HDD, and I've been told I should get a better PSU.
What do you think? What parts should I get for the new one? Keep in mind that I'm happy with the performance of this computer, so I'm looking for components equivalent in quality to these, or an upgrade from them.

My current build:
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3
CPU - AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core
GPU - SAPPHIRE HD 6950 2GB GDDR5
RAM - Kingston HyperX T1 Series 2 x 4GB
PSU - Thermaltake TR2 700W
Case - Gigabyte ATX GZ-G2
HDD - WDC WD20 EARX-00PASB0 SATA
Monitors - 2x LG IPS234

Haven't decided exactly, but it will probably be somewhere around 1000€

plus i have added 600W PSU..bcz u might wanna crossfire or oc in future..
GPU is a bit powerfull, i thought as you are buying a new system you should feel a bit upgraded 😛 the CPU,cooler and Mobo are good combination..if thisbuild is exceeding your budget... get a GPU accordingly... or you can remove the cooler if you dont wanna overclock
