Old Computer Fix Up

Specs:
AMD Phenom II 2.1 Ghz Quad Core
Nvidia GTS 250
4 GB DDR2 Ram
Cheap ATX Motherboard

I recently built a nice new PC. Now I have this just sitting and want to make use of it or sell it.
The power supply is broken, will need to replace it. Would a 350w be enough to power those components or a bit higher?

What would you guys recommend i do with this thing? thanks

If you have integrated RAID, then make it into a NAS.

Try auctioning it online, or if you don't want to pay shipping, try selling it to a local computer shop as a cheap WoW rig.
