Hi Everyone,

Problem: Computer locks up requiring a hard reset (can only shutoff with power button) while playing almost any game. Also (*less frequent) I have gotten the blue screen & PC restarted automatically. Frequents about 30 minutes to 1 hour of usage. (Games e.g. League of Legends, Control, Overwatch, World of Warcraft, Insurgency: Sandstorm)

Heat: I have monitored my heat, via AsRock Extreme Tuner, and Radeon Software (Playing games and Idle). CPU stays around 50C (Around 30C Idle) & GPU is at 75C. (Around 30C Idle). I also have a ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro (https://www.newegg.ca/arctic-cooling-dcaco-fp701-csa01/p/N82E16835186134?Item=N82E16835186134 )
GPU: I have also tried to use just the Intel 3000 Graphics with the GPU unplugged to the same result.
CPU: Haven't been able to test due to not having another CPU to fit the socket. I have also reapplied Thermal Paste, Re-seated CPU.
Ram: I have ran one test with windows diagnostics with no errors found (may have to run more?).
Motherboard: I am figuring that the mobo is old and is now defective.
PSU: Replaced an old 620W PSU (Antec NeoECO 620W -- https://www.newegg.ca/antec-neoeco-c-neoeco-620c-620w/p/N82E16817371031?Item=N82E16817371031 )).
Current PSU is only 500W but everything is at stock settings. I did suspect that is could be too low of a wattage for my setup but again, no overclocking, or any heavy power usage.
Still with replacement of PSU same result
HDD: Replaced with new HDD
SSD: Cloned windows to my SDD (Fresh windows 10 install & then cloned to SSD)

Background;

The computer I bought around 9-10 years ago, I have just simply replaced the GPU, with recent upgrades being GPU, SSD, HDD & PSU.

It's no doubt that I need to upgrade my motherboard, processor, and ram BUT, with everything going on I have some time on my hands, and just having some fun really.

Computer still runs games I play like a champ with 75 FPS so a replacement wouldn't really be ideal but I think I may end up replacing the mobo, ram, and CPU. SO:
