Thanks for quick respond. Friend wanted to find software or program something for his used car elec. billboard which consists of a
laptop to tv display (hdmi/pc in) to have pic of car with running display of 1 cent off total price every 1 min ? or like that, continuously
and able to input value in win xp/7 os.
