Old CPU bottleneck?

So I'm planning to refurbish an old prebuilt PC:
i7 4770
GTX 650 ti
12GB DDR3

Part of that is a new GPU. Will that old processor bottoleneck an RTX 2060?

Are you only planning on playing games? If so, you are most likely fine.

It also depends on if the games are more CPU dependent or GPU dependent.

Either way, you may only be looking at a few frames here or there.

Will 'bottleneck' with certain games/settings, also will be a great system and run fine. Agree^ with ampedupdad.
