Old CPU need new thermal compound help

Hi there!!

Im going to reuse my old AMD Athlon II X4 635 cpu on my new ASRock 970 EXTREME4 AM3+ motherboard (never done this b4...but going to try) and i have some questions i'll like to ask.

1.) Is Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound - OEM best to use?
2.) What more do i need besides the Thermal Compound and Heatsink/Fan that im also going to reuse or should i buy a new one?

Arctic Silver 5 3.5g Thermal Paste! if you are going to use a cpu or cooler with paste on it will will need to use Arctic Silver ArctiClean 30ml Thermal material remover and thermal surface purifier
