Tried to reset old Dell laptop (n5010) using Windows 10 feature, only it didn't reset properly, and is now stuck on a boot looping sequence. It came preinstalled with Windows, what do I do?

Create a Win 10 install DVD or USB.

Boot from that to get out of this loop.
