[SOLVED] old dell opiplex 360 won't start up!?

guys, this thing just sits and spins it's fans to max with nothing on the screen. occasionally it boots up normally. ideas?

If it's old....I would first replace the CMOS battery and reset the BIOS and try it again.

done that, no diff. ive tried 2 diff batteries.

It's back working now. But I restarted it 50 times which didn't make a difference, then it randomly worked without me doing anything.

In case anyone finds this through a search engine in years time, it turned out to be the motherboard, I replaced that and it starts first time, every time now.
