Old games on budget laptop

So I know just about nothing when it comes to intel graphics. Honest I'm not much of a gamer anymore and don't stay up on graphic cards in general. But my question is would something like the new intel N3710 or N4200 cpus with integrated graphics be enough to push some of my old games or am I dreaming? Games I'm talking about would be Empire total war, civ 5 and new veges. Just looking for a cheap laptop of run my older games at 30+ fps 16x9 med settings, I don't feel like dropping a bunch of money. Work has me travel allot, and I'm sick of watching tv in hotel rooms. Or should I be looking more at the I3-7100u?

you could reference the Tom's GPU hierarchy table, to see where the integrated graphics fell in line compared to certain GPUs, then look up the games you played to see how they performed on those GPUs to get a ballpark of what might be possible.

All I can say is that 'budget laptop' and 'gaming' never go together well in my experience. If you want to game on a laptop it's going to either be painful in performance or painful in cost.
