old games on Windows 10

Lately, I have been trying clean out old things, one of which is a stack of CD's containing old games, most of which seemed to be for Windows 95/98. I tried to see if any of them would install, but it seems most would not even install and if they did, they would not execute and open. Ironically, the one that would play, I never liked. There are a few I would have liked to keep, such as some casino games, but is it just time to say goodbye to them?

Run them in compatibility mode.
Also run in 640x480 screen resolution.
Those usually do the trick for me.
But you are free to try the other options as well.

It has been telling me that I can't run setup.exe from from disc

Well you can always try to install Windows XP and run em.
