I want to play Fallout 3, Oblivion, New Vegas (all with mods) Kotor 1 & 2, CS:GO. What should my performance look like and what resolution ould be ideal for me? Thanks.

to properly answer your question one must consider the minimum requirements of the games themselves;

Fallout 3 Minimum Requirements
CPU: 2.4 Ghz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent processor
RAM: 1GB System RAM (XP)/ 2GB System RAM (Vista)
OS: Windows XP/Vista
Video Card: Direct X 9.0c compliant video card with 256MB RAM (NVIDIA 6800 or better/ATI X850 or better)

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Minimum Requirements
CPU: Pentium 4 or Athlon XP or better CPU Speed: 2 GHz
RAM: 512 MB
OS: Windows 2000/XP/XP 64-bit
Video Card: 128MB Direct3D compatible video card (NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700+ / ATI Radeon 9500+)
DirectX version: DirectX 9.0c (included on disk)

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Minimum Requirements
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom X3 8750 processor or better
RAM: 2 GB
OS: Windows 7/Vista/XP
Video Card: Video card must be 256 MB or more and should be a DirectX 9-compatible with support for Pixel Shader 3.0

all these games seem to meet your system settings, which means you will be able toi run them but I would not expect any "high resolution graphics mode on them" but quite playable I guess
