Hey all,

my old graphics card (Asus Duel Evo RTX 2080 Super OC) used a 6+8 pin design, however the new one I am purchasing (Zotac Twin Edge RTX 3070) uses an 8+8 pin design and my power supply comes with 4x 6+2 pcie power cables and I am just wondering how I would power the new graphics card.

regards,
michele.

Not sure what the question is.

If your psu has 4 x 6+2 pin plugs then it's likely a decent quality unit with plenty of wattage.

What actual psu is it?

2 x 6+2 pins = 2 x 8 pins once the 6+2 is slotted together.

You don't have any issue.

The PSU is a Corsair rm650x

Just confirming, do I use two of my 6 + 2 cables plugged in to the card, and have them both plugged into the PSU separately?
