Hello,
specs:
Tthermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 850W
X2 Intel 660p Series M.2 2280 1B
Intel Core i7-9700K Coffee Lake 8-Core 3.6 GHz (4.9 GHz Turbo) LGA 1151 (300 Series)
G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 64GB (4 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800)
MSI MPG Z390 GAMING EDGE AC LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z390 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX
i used my titan x on this new build yesterday i played game fine , today the PC turned off while gaming and wont turn back, i thought its the PSU, i plugged the old PSU used only the 24 pins on new build to see if the new power supply is the problem( corsair cx 750), so fans and pc booted up. also i tested the new PSU in old PC and works fine.
i plugged the new PSU (thermaltake ) back to the new pc and i removed the connector (PCI) from the titan x then the pc turned on, i turned it off and plugged the connector back to the titan, push the bottom the titan CAUGHT FIRE . i bought new GPU so i am worry to use my new 2080 ti.
So the problem caused the fire is it from PSU or the GPU??. anyone can help and advise me.
i have the titan since 2015 with water cooler
