Old hard drive in new pc

I got a shop to build me a gaming pc while they were building it they installed windows 7 onto a HDD and now I'm looking to sell the MB, CPU, RAM and GRAPHICS. Will the OS on the HDD work if I just put it in to the my new pc I'm building?

PS: Same MB brand and same cpu brand

Probably not. The drivers it needs will be different between the two systems.

If the shop bought the Win7 OEM version and installed it, you don't have a license and will need to buy a new license.
