[SOLVED] Old hard drive wont leave bios

So I am trying to set up a second pc after setting up a new one. There is no GPU and the hard drive I took from an older PC and I cannot get out of bios. I've reset to default, reset the CMOS, and I still have a boot led light on. I click save and reboot and it just sends me back to the bios. I believe the hard drive has windows 8 on it. It that the problem?

HDD was from another computer , so this issue is very common. It won't boot on a different hardware configuration.
