Old HDD shows all 3 partitions on an old MAC laptop, but only shows "Recovery" on my new PC

Hey all and thank you for your time.

I am trying to move the data from my old Dell XPS laptop HDD to my new PC. When I plug it into my new PC, I only see the "Recovery" partition. I am unable to access the other 2 partitions.

With that said, when I plug it into an old Apple laptop I have, I am able to see all 3 partitions and all my old files.

Anyone have any idea how I can see all the partitions on my new PC?

(I'm on Windows 7).

Move the information/data to a usb drive , then to the new PC.

No surprise, Mac OS can read more formats than Windows can. Laptop vendors often make their own proprietary recovery partition. Do what Karen says, but of course u need a backup drive, should have one of those anyway.
