Question Old hdd

So since i got new mobo i got new ssd and installed windows. I also plugged my hdd in as i underdtood all my programs would be still here. I dont have anything left. Do i just reinstall everything?

You probably still do.
Go into disk management and see if you just need to assign a letter to the HDD partition.l Just the big partition,skip the others.
Games you can probably get to work again if they used a launcher app like steam or origin. Just install Steam/Origin and add the game's location as a new library in the App.
Most Programs will need to be reinstalled. The new OS will be missing registry and hidden appdata stuff to run them.

The stuff is still there.
The applications, unfortunately, cannot be used as they are.

When an applications is installed, it makes dozens, sometimes thousands, of entries in the Registry and elsewhere. Your new OS knows nothing about them.

They need to be reinstalled.
