Hello, so the main issue there is that my mom use really old IBM PC and I have few parts lying around so I wanted to upgrade it.... Until the PC refuse to use Working Intel core 2 E6750.
The PC now use some Pentium D.
Both processors were tested on different motherboard and they work with no issue at all.
I have been trying to reset the BIOS or use different PSU because the one inside is 213W.
Model of the PC:
Machine type: 8215
Model: CTO
S/N: LMGMG3V
MFG date: 608
Product ID: 8215Z68

I dont know which of these datas is relevant to this topic so I put it all here..

Solution
It is the right pc model but you got the wrong cpu and socket. He has a pentium D now and that only comes in 775. 775 is a complicated socket since it spanned so many gens and chipsets. Not all 775 cpus are compatible with all 775 chipsets. It appears to have a 945g chipset which doesn't support 1333 fsb cpus.
