Old lady building a desktop computer, "can't get no power captain". Help!

I am having a terrible time understanding power supplies. When I do the various calculators I come up with 275-290 watts depending on the site. I am not a gamer. This will be a desktop PC. Asus prime x370 MB, AMD 1800x CPU, 16gb Corsair Vengeance LPX memory (2x8), 24X DVD-CD/RW, Nividia 730 2GB GDDR3 128 bit SLI video card, Single port 450 MBPS PCI-e Wifi card. Please help!

Thank you, the last one I built was in 1997, the first one was a 286 cpu with no hard drive just 2 "big ole" floppy bays and it had the first over the counter Windows on 5.25 floppy for an operating system. It was a screamer! LOL
