video card stopped responding (too over 30 seconds) the system called a bugcheck to reboot the system.
looks like the last bios update was in November of 2011. this is a pretty old machine. your video fan may have failed. try to blow dust out of the fans if you can. check to see if you get any hot air exhaust being pushed out of the laptop. (to confirm the fans are working)
it could be a failing video card but I would do this first:
update this driver
Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys Thu Jun 9 23:33:15 2011
from here:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
the theory would be that the virus scanner is hitting a bug in your old network driver and the errors cause a delay in allowing programs to run. if the delay hits 30 seconds then the system bugchecks.
your wireless driver is very old also
Atheros network adapter driver (2009)
and your Bluetooth capture software is from (2009)
(try to install the last update that dell has for the machine if you can find any)
it also looks like your Kaspersky software is from 2014 I would remove it.
