Old Mercury Cell BE power quest

A friend of mine has two rather old computers which have, coming out of the pcie slot, another smaller computer, it is a Mercury "Cell BE" this card, besides being fun to look at, is very tempting to test, as it is quite powerful for its size. the real issue, is that the other computer that the other Cell was housed in, is dead, and thus, the cell cant be used in it. I was hoping to try to power it up on my old Dell optiplex 745, as there should be no compatibility issue, as they are from about the same time, BUT, The Cell wants around 200 watts, which is achieved through some odd ten pin power ribbon. the ten pin holes on it, which plug in are much smaller than a standard 6+2 pin vga power plug. any idea as to what this power cable is called? is there any such adapter that will allow me to take 6+2 pin vga power to this power ribbon? sorry for not having any pictures, I will try to get some.

If you want to see this card, here is what it looks like.
