[SOLVED] Old Micro Vu

I have a micro vu that was made in1999 that is used to measure components using video. The video is an old monitor made in 2004 and is fed by an old coax cable. I want to update the monitor. Any suggestions how to acccomplish this feat using a modern digital monitor? I haven’t been able to find any video converters that willl work.

Have you searched for specs on the monitor by model number? You need some help determining what type signal that is. Composite video would be a good guess, but there is no way to help you with the limited info you have provided. Maybe a picture of the monitor connections would help us.

OK, so according to this site -- https://www.securityinformed.com/honeywell-security-km1200mn-technical-details.html That signal is either PAL or NTSC 1vPtoP

I might try something like this -- https://www.amazon.com/Monitor-1024-600-Resolution-Portable/dp/B071VF1CFT it has the correct BNC fitting for your coax. Or you can google search for "LCD CCTV monitor"
