Question OLD MOBO: Compatibility check ASUS B75M-A RAM

Hi guys,

I've upgraded my old PC and I was wondering if I could hand me down my RAM or Processor to my wife's also equally ancient relic of the past, instead of chucking them in the bin.

Is an ASUS B75M-A RAM motherboard compatible with:

Viper Patriot DDR3 1600MHZ (9-9-9-24)
1.5V UDIMM

and

AMD 8320 FX processor

I know I know, these are old junk, but we don't game and so these desktop items are more than enough.
