Question Old monitor problems

Hi. I did a house clean up and I found old Hyundai monitor. I pluged everything in, but nothing shows up. Monitor gets power, gets signal, but do not respond on display. By the way, when I disconected video cable it perfectly shows no signal. Can someone help?

I've tried to lower resolution but the screen was still black.
