Old motherboard and Vga compatibility

Hello everyone. Lately i am looking forward to buy a new vga and I will need your knowledge and help in that. I got a really old and low spec system and i dont know if the card i will buy is compatible with my mainboard. Here is my motherboard https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5Q_SE and i want to buy an MSI Nvidia GT 640 2 GB 128 bit DDR3 PCI Express 16x
