old motherboard identifying help

First off thanks to add me to the family
second after hard work and trying all my best for identifying my old board drivers and name i get pissed and finally get me in ure hands experts for help
i need the drivers for this board even cant be identifying each software give different name
its 1.7 cpu 512 ram ac97 audio

@animal thanks for ure help but its not msi please look carefully at my pictures and the one on msi site .its different and its not max and i dont have onboard lan

sorry, my bad.......is there anything on the mobo that would indicate who manufactured it?

Closest thing I can find is this board from Biostar. Ide is different as well as chipset cooler. Could be different Rev. Good luck!
