Old NT Laptop is locked up

Hello, I have an old work HP Latitude that I would like to recommission for my young daughter to use on the
internet. I need to remove the admin rights so she will be able to download stuff. Is there a way to do that? It's running on Windows NT

You should ugrade the thing to XP, I.E. that will run on NT will be too old to visit most sites that a young kid would want to see. I have gotten XP on a PIII system with 512 that runs acceptable, just don't expect to do anything other than look at sites (no online games for example will work well). If you have NT on it, I'm guessing it's a PIII and not a 4.
