Can someone help me with an issue, I disassembled an old pc and put it back together, and it kept restarting before the first windows (xp) logo, then it started automatically displaying two tables of general system info.

This is the first time i've faced this issue and i can't put my finger on the problem, don't even know where to start.
Does anybody know anything about it? how do i get the pc to load the bios again. Every time i start it up, it promtps me to that table with no option for recourse.

Solution
Sorry for taking so long guys, so yesterday some guy on another forum told me to set boot priority to usb, I did that, but this pc will want to do what it wants, so it still chooses a hard drive automatically, it tried booting into windows xp, but started rebooting everytime the windows xp logo appeared, so I knew it either was a bad hdd, or a corrupt windows file, so I hooked it to my laptop's hdd, and voila, it works, now i just need a wifi chip.
Also thanks a lot for the help Robert, you were very kind to help me, you're a great guy. thanks a lot!

Hello robert, firstly thanks for taking the time to help me. So I cleared the bios twice now, to choose from the boot options https://i.imgur.com/4Nl2XUp.jpg
I chose default and last know good, and they both resulted in this table again
https://i.imgur.com/9XUqDxS.jpg (i reconnected the drive btw)
as for pc specs, it's an old pentium processor and and old unrecognizanle video card on a gigabyte motherboard (ga-g31m-s2l)
And I'm so sorry for not replying sooner, I could've sworn that I hadn't gotten any response. Thanks a lot again.

Oh lucky you i have same motherboard. I suggest you to update bios to latest. And ill see in options for ACHI and that stuff. And update you in 5-10min.
Update: See if these settings are same as yours. In main bios to choose CTRL+F1 unlocks hidden option.
"With my board, it makes a huge difference. Non-Combined mode sets all SATA devices to PATA mode and disables IDE entirely. Enhanced sets all SATA to SATA mode. (What I'm using). Combined allows two SATA and two PATA devices at once. Auto lets the BIOS set the device modes. "

Something to note, Nothing seems to change when I remove the graphics card, and I noticed it being kind of hot, could it be broken and the reason for the problem?
