Old PC doesn't boot disk from other PC

I have an old computer with a broken DVD Player, so I tried installed Windows 10 or 7 from another computer, I tried with the sysprep utility to move the disk, but when it starts on the new pc it says that there isn't the boot media, with win10 x64 it shows the white line while flashing, but with win10 x86 or windows 7 it doesn't find boot media, I checked bios and all the possible things, It's an old computer with AMD Athlon 3500+ and 2GB RAM, it's x64.

Create a USB setup of Windows to use on that old computer, install Windows on the system directly.
