Old pc new psu help!!

Hello guys i build a new pc recenlty and i used my psu from my old pc (corsair tx850m) i know it was too many watts for my old pc but someone else build it for me now i want to buy a new psu for my old pc so it can run again the specs are:
CPU : Intel i5 3570k
GPU : GIGABYTE GTX 660 2gb
RAM : Hyper X 2x4gb 1600mhz
HDD : 1TB
MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE H77-D3H
How many watts do you suggest me for this pc cause i dont want to spend much money for that old pc i was thinking of 550watts but will maybe 450 work too??

Seasonic is better quality, only downside is non-modular. Both will do.

I would recommend the cxm since it's DC-DC and a newer platform.
