Old pc: oveclocking an E5200

guys, i just found my old pc and i want make it a bit stronger, i overclocked my gfx card(its a crappy 5450) and i want to oc my cpu as well. i am not sure if i can oc with that mobo.
mobo: ECS G3IT-m7
Cpu: E5200
help!? i am not talking for extreme overclocks... but i would like 3ghz
