If by files you mean programs, you have to reinstall programs to the new PC, no way around it.

As far as personal files or even installation .exes you can use cloud storage or flash drive or a second hard drive.
If you dont have a second hard drive then you should be geting one because that means you are running wihtout any backups of your data, which will eventually bite you.
