[SOLVED] Old pc that need helps

Okay so basically i have a old pc that needs a upgrade but i dont know exactly what to buy.
Specs:
I2 qx9770 3.2 ghz
Gtx 970 4gb (msi)
16gb ddr3 ram
I dont really know the rest but i know i need a new cpu,motherboard,ssd and hdd. I wasnt really having problems with it before i did a clean install of windows 10. I play csgo and i get around 100 - 200. it very often drops down to 30fps, but it depends if my pc is having a good day. Before i was getting over 200 almost all the time and never havoing fps drops. so do you guys have any suggestions that can help my pc?

A fresh format and install of windows helps a lot. Over the years you might have hidden malware, bloatware, and other things that might slow it down. Also make sure to defrag your harddrive or ssd
