I turned this pc on 6 months ago and it worked fine... now I moved and I'm trying to use it and this is what it does.

Turn PC on...5 seconds all fans go on high speed and lights up and then restarts. Rinse and repeat forever.

its my older pc.... gtx 780. 1250 wat PS, corsair AIO cooler, solid ram, 3770k processor, maximus V formula MOBO.

Solution
Yes test another PSU. You will see quickly if it's your Seasonic PSU that is faulty. It happens even on the best PSU model. Especially if that PSU is old.

Can anyone help me out? This has happened to me and I have narrowed down everything to either my cpu or motherboard. My ram sticks, psu, gpu, ssd, and windows 10 are working. My pc was fine until last week when it started doing this and I reinstalled windows and nothing happened. How could I test if it is either my cpu or motherboard to see which one I should rma?
