So i moved to a new house and i had an old pair of pioneer s z72 in my old office which sounded really good so i wanted to try and connect them to my computer. The problem is, the people who did the moving cut the wires from the speakers so short that theres no way to attatch new ones so i was wondering if anyone knows a way to get them working again.

Cant splice it? I'd open up the case of the speakers then and then splice or attach fresh wire. I'm assuming you mean the wire showing is too short.. So just open er up to expose more wire

If movers "cut" wire, then they are responsible for fixing it, IMO. I don't find close up pictures of the backs of those speakers, but I would believe you can open them and put new wire on. It looks like there is a sealer around where the wire penetrates the back. You would want to reseal the back if you do open and replace the wire.
