I have recently done a Skylake build on an extremely tight budget -
-i3 6100
-Asus H110M-K
-Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4
-Samsung 750 Evo
-Corsair Carbide 88R
-WD 500GB 7200RPM (from old build)
-Zebronics Zeb-TR450W Value (from old build)

This PSU is just 3 months old and was used in a C2D E8400 system during that time. Is this PSU enough to power this new build for at least 6-8 months? There are no plans to add a GPU as of now. However I would like to see a GTX 1050/1060 whenever it is available.

Solution
You can run your system with that psu for now. As you do not have any graphics card. But you should buy a good quality psu when you get the GPU.

Your current psu may or may not fail with your current system. But with gpu sucking power from it, there is a high chance it will fail and fry some components when it fails. Typically crappy power supplies is ok(that does not mean you should do it) for system without any graphics card, only processor, ram and 1-2 hdds like you have. Buy a good power supply when you can, it will last you a decade or more.

It is dangerous to use cheap PSUs like the one you currently use. That PSU is enough to cause damage to your newly built PC components. It is highly recommended to upgrade the PSU to a good quality one as soon as possible.

I have cheap power supplies that are probably older than some people on the forum that still work great. I don't have any of them installed in any of my systems atm, but I wouldn't have any issues using them as a temp solution for a few months on a build as low powered as yours. Your system will probably be under 120w total.
