Question old ram 2400mhz faster 3600mhz ?

Hello guys
i bought new ram Aorus RGB 3600mhz 18-19-19 (2x8 ) dual channel
but i feel my old ram (2015) single channel 2400mhz 16-16-16 is faster while opening new folder have many videos .. how !!? totally of course 3600mhz 18 - 19 - 19 is better and faster anyway even if latency is higher ?

i tried to install my old ram again to make sure who is faster
but my pc never start up again with old ram .. i tried the 4 slots and no way ? is something i must change in bios before install my old ram again ?

The new RAM is faster. Verify that is infact operating @ 3600mhz

yea it work fine with 3600mhz
why the old ram didnt work with pc now .. it worked 2 weeks fine
why now pc cant start with it

It should post and be able to enter BIOS and set default values.

Try clearing the bios then test with the old ram.

One or the other:

Unplug the PC from power. Remove the motherboard battery for a few minutes.

Or.

Unplug the PC from power and clear CMOS by either jumping pins or pressing button. See the motherboard manual for instructions.

sry !! but what jumping pins ?? mean ? and which button u mean ?

Jumping pins refers to shorting pins together.
Button refers to a bios clear button on the mobo which you may not have.

Perhaps get the make and model of the mobo and then go online to look for a manual.
The manual may explain how to clear the bios.

what will happen if i cleared the bios ? it will require install bios again ?
am sry for many question but this new pc make me so mad

No you will not need to reinstall the bios.
You will need to redo any special settings you made.
